De belarusiske høyder (belarusisk: Беларуская града – Bjelaruskaja Hrada, også kalt De vestrussiske høyder da Belarus ennå var en del av Russland) er et høydedrag i den nordlig-sentrale delen av Belarus. Det høyeste punktet er Hara Dziarzjynskaja på 345 moh.
Høydene er en del av Den østeuropeiske slette. Mot øst fortsetter de som Smolenskhøydene, og i nordvest går de over i Den baltiske landrygg. Mot sør ligger Polesie-senkningen.[1]
Høydene består av en serie av endemorener fra istiden. Landskapet domineres av bølgende åser og strekker seg rundt 500 km i retning fra vest-sørvest til øst-nordøst, fra området ved Brest, nær grensa mot Polen til den russiske byen Smolensk.[2][1] Geologisk består høydene hovedsakelig av morenemasse samt glasiale og alluviale sedimenter.[2]
De belarusiske høyder er kildeområde for elvene Nemunas[1] og Berezina.
