Det Hellige Kors' Kirke (Church of the Holy Rude – Rude eller Rood er gammelengelsk og betyr kors), grunnlagt 1129, er den nesteldste bygningen etter Stirling Castle i den skotske byen Stirling. Med unntak av Westminster Abbey er denne kirken den eneste overlevende kirke i Storbritannia som har hatt en kroning og som fortsatt benyttes til gudstjeneste.
Stirling var tidlig et betydningsfullt sted og lenge også Skottlands hovedstad ved at skottenes konge oppholdt seg her. Den første kirken ble grunnlagt av kong David I i 1129, men den ble ødelagt av brann i 1406. Kort tid etter bevilget Skottlands hoffmarskalk (Lord Chamberlain) en ny kirke, og det sydlige sideskip og tårnet ble bygget ferdig omtrent 1414. Denne del av kirken med runde søyler, gotiske hvelvinger og originale takkonstruksjon av eiketre fremstår i dag, til tross for endringer, bortimot i den samme form som da den ble bygget.
Ettersom menigheten var større enn kirken ble den østlige delen (koret) bygget i årene 1507 og 1546. I 1530 var også tårnet bygget ferdig.
På grunn av religiøse motsetninger mellom kirkens to prester og deres delte tilhengere lot byrådet i 1656 sette opp en skillevegg på det sted hvor korset står i dag. Således ble det dannet en østlig og en vestlig kirke som hadde gudstjeneste med hver sin prest, en ordning som varte helt til 1935 da de to menighetene – etter 279 år – igjen ble forent under en prest.
I årene 1936–1940 ble det gjort store restaureringsarbeider hvor de to korte tverrskipene ble hevet, et sakristi ble bygget under koret og ikke minst at skilleveggene ble fjernet.
Skottenes dronning, Maria Stuart, deltok i gudstjeneste i kirken og Skottlands reformator, John Knox, har holdt preken i kirken. Maria Stuarts babysønn, James VI av Skottland, den senere James I av England etter dronning Elisabeths død, ble kronet her den 29. juli 1567.
