Gjerstad kirke er en langkirke med basilikaform fra 1848 i Gjerstad kommune i Agder.[1]

Kirken ble bygget etter mønstertegninger av arkitekten Christian Heinrich Grosch og har likhetstrekk med Bamble kirke oppført noen år tidligere.[1] Den står på et gammelt kirkested og erstattet en kirke som ble revet. Byggverket er i tre og har 500 plasser, fordelt på to benkerader nede og to gallerier. Kirken har to kirkeklokker. Den ene er fra Amsterdam 1762 med blant annet innskriften Soli Deo Gloria. Den andre er fra Tønsberg 1839. Kirken har et døpefat i messing fra 1676 og to messinglysestaker som er omkring 400 år gamle. I kirken finnes også en rekke malerier av prester og prestekoner fra 1600- og 1700-tallet.
Kirken ble restaurert og tilbakeført til sin opprinnelige skikkelse i 2004. Arkitekten var Hans Olaf Aanensen.[trenger referanse]
Prestegården ligger nedi bakken et par hundre meter nedenfor kirken.
