Hans Ernst von Tritzschler eller Tritschler (født 3. oktober 1647, død 23. juni 1718 i Christiania[4]) var en dansk-norsk generalløytnant og godseier, opprinnelig fra Tyskland.

Han var sønn av en sachsisk adelsmann, Georg Abraham von Trützschler (1612-1675) til Lauterbach og Anna Maria født von Kamerstat av huset «Sthenfelt».[5] Tritzschler var gift i første ekteskap (fra 1681) med Margrethe Huitfeldt (1669-1683) og var svigersønn til godseieren og offiseren Tønne Huitfeldt (1625-1677). I andre ekteskap var han gift med Anne Cathrine Toller (1666-1720) og var svigersønn av Niels Toller, som eide Frognergårdene.[4] Anne Cathrine Toller og Hans Ernst von Tritzschler overtok gården Nordre Frogner. Tritzschler var også eier av Mangelsgården; den eldste bygningen i Prinds Christian Augusts Minde.
Han mottok Dannebrogordenen i 1704.[4] von Tritzschler var militært medlem av Slottsloven på Akershus fra 1704 til 1710.[6]
