Karlsborgveien (1A–5; ingen partallsadresser) er en vei ved Grønlia i bydel Gamle Oslo. Den går fra Mosseveien til Kongsveien. Opprinnelig var dette nedre del av gårdsveien fra Kongshavn til Jomfrubråten.

Veien fikk navn i 1879 etter Karlsborg løkke, som lå ved Ekebergrestauranten og hadde adresse Kongsveien 21.
I nr. 1 er det en stor tømmervilla i dragestil. Sjømannshjemmet er i nr. 5. Ved siden av veien er det et felt med helleristninger. Flere adresser som tidligere var knyttet til Karlsborgveien, er overført til Kongsveien.
