Río Branco (portugisisk for «hvit elv») er en by i Cerro Largo-departementet i det østlige Uruguay. Byen har om lag 13 456 innbyggere. Río Branco (portugisisk for «den hvite elva») ble grunnlagt i 1792 av Joaquín Gundín.[1]
