St. Sofia-katedralen er en kirke i den russiske byen Novgorod. Den skriver seg tilbake til 1000-tallet, og er en del av verdensarven.

Katedralen ble bygget under Vladimir av Novgorod styre mellom 1045 og 1050. Byggverket er 38 meter høyt, og var under Republikken Novgorod landets åndelige og seremonielle sentrum. Den ble plyndret under Ivan den grusommes Opritsjnina-styre, og ble også skadet under andre verdenskrig. Under sovjetstyre var katedralen et museum, før den ble igjen ble tatt i bruk som kirke i 1991.
