Stryvihor (ukrainsk: Стривігор eller Стрв'яж, polsk: Strwiąż) er en venstre sideelv til Dnister i det sørøstlige Polen og vestlige Ukraina. Elva er 94 kilometer lang, og har et nedbørfelt på 955 km². Fra kilden flyter elva 13 kilometer gjennom Polen, og har der et nedbørfelt på 193 km². Nedslagsfeltet utgjør sammen med elva Mszankas nedbørfelt lenger sør den eneste delen av Polen som drenerer via Dnister til Svartehavet.

Elven har sin kilde nordvest for byen Ustrzyki Dolne i Sanok-Turka-fjellene, renner i sørøstlig retning, svinger etter Ustrzyki Dolne mot nordøst og blir i denne delen fulgt av jernbanen og riksvegen DK84. Elva når Ukraina ved grenseovergangen Krościenko–Smilnitsia, passerer den lille byen Khyriv og renner videre østover parallelt med Dnister et stykke forbi byen Sambir. Den munner ut i Dnister sør for byen Rudky.
