Det er det første studioalbumet etter at bandet ble gjenforent i 1992. Det ble utgitt i 1993 på Metal Blade Records. Albumet har ett bonusspor; «Return of the Vampire» med Lars Ulrich på slagverk. Selv om Snowy Shaw står oppført på albumet som trommeslager, ble alle trommer innspilt med Morten Nielsen (unntatt bonussporet).
