Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) er det nord- og mellomamerikanske fotballforbundet. Det ble stiftet i 1961. Det er Gold Cup for kvinner og menn og CONCACAFs mesterliga som er de to cupene som spilles i CONCACAF.
