Les années sextiles après XVI sont calculées selon le système du Comité-Romme [1], parce que le système original n'est pas applicable pour les années après XVIII à cause des articles III et X du décret [2] qui sont incompatibles.
Leap years after XVI are calculated according to the rule of the Romme Committee[1], because the original system cannot be applied to the years after XVIII because the articles III and X of the decree[2] are incompatible.[3]
