ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦਾ ਸੰਕਲਪ (ਮੂਲ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ:The Concept of Law) ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਦਾਰਸ਼ਨਿਕ ਐਚ.ਐਲ.ਏ.ਹਰਟ ਦੀ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਰਚਨਾ ਹੈ।[1] ਇਸਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ 1961 ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
