ਰਾਬਰਟ ਐਂਥਨੀ "ਬੌਬ" ਅਲਟੇਮੇਅਰ (ਜਨਮ 6 ਜੂਨ 1940) ਮੈਨੀਟੋਬਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨੋਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਸੇਵਾ ਮੁਕਤ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਹੈ।^[1][2] ਉਸਨੇ "ਆਰਡਬਲਯੂਏ" ਜਾਂ ਸੱਜੇ-ਪੱਖੀ ਤਾਨਾਸ਼ਾਹੀਵਾਦ ਲਈ ਪਰਖ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਮਾਨਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ।^[3]
