Биография

Эрл Эдвард Шерфф родился 18 мая 1886 года в городе Флинт штата Мичиган^[2].

Шерфф получил степень бакалавра ботаники в колледже Альбиона, а затем поступил в Чикагский университет, чтобы получить степень магистра, а затем докторскую степень. Он внёс значительный вклад в ботанику, описав множество видов семенных растений^[3].

Эрл Эдвард Шерфф умер в 1966 году^[1].
