Bathilde d'Orléans (Louise Marie Thérèse Bathilde;9 Julie 1750 – 10 Januar 1822), was a French princess. She was sister o Philippe Égalité, and aunt o Keeng Louis Philippe o the French. She was known as Citoyenne Vérité during the French Revolution. Bi birth an mairiage she held the rank o a princess o the bluid. Her mither died in 1759 when Bathilde was just eight year auld. Her faither, pressured bi his mistress, Madame de Montesson, sent her to a convent. During her time at the convent, she became a very spiritual person.
