Franco-Provençal (Francoprovençal), Arpitan, or Romand (in Swisserland) (Vernaculary: francoprovençâl, arpetan, patoué; Italian: francoprovenzale, arpitano; French: francoprovençal, arpitan, patois) is a Gallo-Romance leid spoken in east-central Fraunce, wastren Swisserland, an the Italian Aosta Valley (Valle d'Aosta).
