Gomk (Armenie: Գոմք; an aw Romanizit as Gomk’; umwhile Gomur) is a sma veelage in the Vayots Dzor Province o Armenie. In the veelage is a 17t century kirk an an important shrine/khachkar frae 1263. The inscription upon it reads,
"In 712 o the Armenie era, unner the pious Prince Prosh, Mkhitar, Arevik, son o Khoidan, set up this cross an chapel. In the veelage thare wis no even a kirk. We hae built this kirk wi oor awn means wi hintle trouble, for us an oor parents. You who read, remember us in your prayers."
