P'yŏngsŏng is a ceety in North Korea, the caipital ceety o Pyongannam-do in wastren North Korea. The ceety is locatit aboot 32 kilometres northeast o Pyongyang, an wis formally established in December 1969. It haes a population o ower 100,000.
