A memmer o this faimily, Saunt Orestes (Edistus, Sant'Edisto, Sant'Oreste) wis martyred for his faith aroond 68 AD. Wi linguistic transmogrification, the name wis chynged frae Sanctus Edistus tae Sanctus Heristus, Santo Resto, San Tresto, Sant'Oreste.[2]
