Frances Marion

Frances Marion (18. novembar 1888 - 12. maj 1973) bila je američka novinarka i književnica, najpoznatija po scenarističkom radu u Hollywoodu 1920-ih i 1930-ih. Karijeru je započela u nijemoj eri, velikim dijelom zahvaljujući bliskom prijateljstvu sa glumicom Mary Pickford koje je pretočeno i u uspješnu poslovnu suradnju. Marion je tako 1920-ih postala jedan od najbolje plaćenih scenarista u Hollywoodu, a kasnije je dobila i niz priznaja, uključujući Oscare.

Ne treba izjednačavati sa Francis Marion.
