Justinijan (latinski: , grčki: , iza 525 – 582) bio je istočnorimski (bizantski) aristokrat i general, odnosno član vladajuće Justinijanove dinastije. Kao vojskovođa se istakao pohodima na Balkanu i na Istoku protiv Sasanidske Perzije. U kasnijim godinama je kovao bezuspješne zavjere protiv regenta i kasnijeg cara Tiberija II.
