Lindsey Graham (9. jul 1955 -) je američki republikanski političar koji od 1997. kao senator zastupa državu Južna Karolina. Poznat je po tome što u društvenim pitanjima ima čvrste konzervativne stavove te se protivi abortusu i istospolnom braku, dok je u ekonomskim pitanjima sklon politici Baracka Obame. Odnedavno je izazvao negodovanje svojih stranačkih kolega zalaganjem za borbu protiv globalnog zatopljenja, kao i daleko "mekšim" pristupom problemu ilegalne imigracije u SAD.
