Peter Yates

Peter James Yates (24. jul 1929 – 9. januar 2011) bio je britanski filmski i televizijskio režiser, najpoznatiji po klasičnom akcijskom filmu Bullitt iz 1968. godine. Iako je slavu stekao akcijskim filmovima, Yates se okušao i u dramama, gdje je koristio bitno različiti stil, a pri čemu se najviše ističe njegov hvaljeni film Breaking Away iz 1979. godine.
