Rafal Lemkin

Rafael Lemkin (poljski: , na Zapadu poznat kao Raphael Lemkin; Bezvodne, 24. jun 1900 - New York, 28. august 1959) bio je poljski i američki pravnik jevrejskog porijekla, poznat kao tvorac izraza "genocid" i jedan od sastavljača Konvencije o genocidu.
