Kraljevska filmska izvedba (engleski: ) je godišnja svečanost tokom koje se, uz prisutstvo članova britanske kraljevske porodice održava premijera, odnosno prikazuje neki značajni film u Velikoj Britaniji. Priređuje je filantropska zaklada The Cinema and Television Benevolent Fund, i na njoj se prikupljaju sredstva za pripadnike filmske i televizijske industrije koje je snašla nesreća, bolest, gubitak voljene osobe ili nezaposlenost.
Prvi put je održana 1. novembra 1946. godine kada je prikazan film A Matter of Life and Death. 5. decembra 2013. je na njoj održana premijera Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom, biografskog filma posvećenog Nelsonu Mandeli; upravo prilikom premijere je objavljena vijest o Mandelinoj smrti. [1][2][3]
