Sam Jaffe (10. mart 1891 – 24. mart 1984) bio je američki glumac, muzičar i inženjer, najpoznatiji po nizu epizodnih, ali upečatljivih uloga u zapaženim filmovima klasičnog Hollywooda. Jaffe se školovao i u mladosti neko vrijeme radio kao inženjer, prije nego što ga je prijatelj John Huston doveo u Hollywood. Zbog navodnih simpatija za komunizam je početkom 1950-ih nakratko bio na Hollywoodskoj crnoj listi.
