Yû Mizushima (水島 裕, Tokio, 18. siječnja 1956.) japanski je seiyuu, tj. glasovni glumac. Među poznatiji anime serijama ili filmovima u kojima je podario glas su The Rose of Versailles, Asura, Black Magic M-66, Black Jack, Captain Future, Devilman, Fire Tripper, Fullmetal Alchemist, Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Magical Fairy Persia, Naruto, Pokemon, Saint Seiya, Super Mario Bros.: Peach-Hime Kyushutsu Dai Sakusen!, Ulysses 31 i Voltron.
