Chūō-ku (中央区, Chūō-ku) is a ward in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan. It is in south of the city. Hamamatsu Castle, Lake Hamana and Hamamatsu Station are here. There are many stores and companies here. This is the smallest ward in the city, but the most people live in.[1] It is next to Hamana-ku, Kosai, Shizuoka, and Iwata, Shizuoka.
