Darren Kenneth Matthews (born 10 May 1968), better known by his ring name William Regal and formerly Steven Regal, is an English retired professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE, where he is the Vice President of Global Talent Development. He is known for his time as an active wrestler in WWE and World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and worked as the manager of the Blackpool Combat Club in All Elite Wrestling (AEW). He also was the general manager of WWE's NXT brand.

Regal is a former four-time World Television Champion, a two-time Intercontinental Champion, a five-time Hardcore Champion, a four-time European Champion, a four-time World Tag Team Champion, and the 2008 King of the Ring.
His son Bailey also wrestles in WWE as Charlie Dempsey.
