The classical Chinese words of Wikipedia, the fonts are Semi-cursive script, which come form 王漢宗, the .ttf released in GPL license, since the fonts style are copied from the ancient Chinese documents without innovation, thus it is in the public domain, however the original .ttf file is not, just clarify here.
