Mark of Cornwall was a king of Cornwall and a character in the Arthurian Cycle of medieval literature.[1] Specifically, Mark is the husband of Isolde,[2] who upon falling in love with Tristan a tragic story that has been the subject of numerous literary versions from the Middle Ages to the present day.[1]
