Cyrillic letter From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Cyrillic O with diaeresis, (Ӧ ӧ) is a letter of the Cyrillic script, it looks like Latin Ö, and is used in Altai, Khanty, Khakas, Komi, Kurdish, Mari, Shor and Udmurt, it can make the sound [ø], [ə], [ʊ], [œ], or [ʌ].
