Philip of France, Dauphin of France (French: Philippe; 29 August 1116 — 13 October 1131) was the eldest son and child of King Louis VI of France and his second wife, Adélaide de Maurienne. As a son of the king, Philip was a fils de France. As heir apparent, he became the Dauphin of France immediately after his birth.
