Apache is the name of a tribe located in the southwestern United States. They hunted deer and they also ate berries and lots of fruit. They were nomadic which meant that they followed food and never stayed in one place for a long period of time. They are from the second migration of Native Americans, which were the Na Dene. The Na Dene peoples also include the Chipewyan and the Cheyenne of Canada. Edward Vajda argues that the Na Dene languages are related to the Ket language of Siberia.
