Area codes 870 and 327 are telephone area codes in the North American Numbering Plan (NANP). It is used in the state of Arkansas in the United States. 870 was established in 1997 as a split from 501. It covers a large portion of eastern and northern Arkansas, such as Jonesboro, Pine Bluff, Texarkana, West Memphis, and the Arkansas Delta region. It was overlaid by 327 on February 20, 2024.
