Bruinisse, Zeelandic: Bru, is a village in the municipality-island of Schouwen-Duiveland, in the Province of Zeeland, the Netherlands.
About 4,000 people are living there. It is located on the very east of the island.
Bruinisse is an agricultural and fishing community. Breeding of the blue mussel is an important business there.
