Charles Allan Rich was an American country music singer, songwriter, and musician.[1] 1960 was the first time he had a song on Billboard Hot 100 music chart.[2]
Background
Rich was born and raised in Arkansas, United States, to rural cotton farmers.[3] He attended Consolidated High School in Forrest City.[4]

He was born on December 14, 1932 in Colt, Arkansas.
He died on July 25, 1995.
