Forough Farrokhzad

Forough Farrokhzad (January 5, 1935 — February 13, 1967) (Persian: فروغ فرخزاد) was an Iranian poet. She lived in Tehran. In 1967, she died in a car accident. She was thirty-two. Maryam Dilmaghani translated her poems to English in 2006.
