HOT Animation was a British animation studio owned by HiT Entertainment that specialised in stop-motion animation, cel animation, and computer animation. It was established on 16 September 1997 by Jackie Cockle, Brian Little, and Joe Dembinski. One of the famous productions was Bob the Builder. The studio closed and disestablished due to HIT's purchase right to Mattel on 18 August 2012.
