Howard Lindsay Goodall CBE (/ˈɡʊdɔːl/; born 26 May 1958) is an English composer who has worked on musicals, choral music and music for television. He was the composer of the music for Mr. Bean.

In January 2011, Goodall was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2011 New Year Honours for services to music education.
