Ken Carson is an American rapper and record producer from Atlanta, Georgia. He is known for his dark, emo-rap style and his association with the Atlanta rap scene. Carson initially gained attention for his SoundCloud releases and collaborations with fellow Atlanta rapper Playboi Carti. In 2019, Carson signed with Carti's record label Opium, an imprint of Interscope Records, to release his first studio album, Project X (2021).

Carson was born Kenyatta Lee Frazier Jr. on April 11, 2000, in Atlanta, Georgia. He began his music career in 2015 when he joined the record production collective 808 Mafia. Carson started releasing music on SoundCloud in 2017, and his popularity grew through his collaborations with other Atlanta rappers, including Playboi Carti.

In 2019, Carson signed to Playboi Carti's record label Opium. His debut studio album, Project X, was released on July 23, 2021, to critical acclaim. The album featured the singles "Rock N Roll" and "Change," which both gained significant attention on social media.

Carson's music is characterized by its dark, emo-rap style. He often incorporates elements of trap music and alternative rock into his sound. Carson's lyrics often explore themes of depression, anxiety, and heartbreak.

Carson has been nominated for several awards, including the BET Hip Hop Awards for Best New Hip Hop Artist in 2021.
