The Kingdom of Italy (in Latin: Regnum Italiae or Regnum Italicum) was a political entity in the Early Middle Ages. It existed from 855 to 1801. It was in the north and center of the Italian peninsula. There wasn't a real Italy at this time that had power. The title of King of Italy didn't mean anything.
