Michael Bradley "Mike" Enzi (February 1, 1944 – July 26, 2021)[2][3] was a United States Senator from Wyoming from 1997 to 2021. He was a member of the U.S. Republican Party.[2]

Early life and education
Enzi was born on February 1, 1944 in Bremerton, Washington. He studied at George Washington University and at University of Denver.
On May 4, 2019, Enzi announced that he would not seek reelection to a fifth term in the Senate.[4]
Personal life
He was married to Diana Buckley. They had three children.
Enzi was a super-conservative, the term used for an extremely conservative person.[source?]
Six months after retiring from the Senate, Enzi was in a bicycle accident on July 23, 2021 in which he broke his neck and several ribs.[5] He died three days later at a hospital in Loveland, Colorado, aged 77.[6]
