Peter Hitchens

Peter Jonathan Hitchens (born 28 October 1951) is an English journalist and author. Hitchens writes for The Mail on Sunday. He has written for The Spectator, The American Conservative, The Guardian, First Things, Prospect, and the New Statesman.

He dislikes the modern UK Conservative Party and has been against many of their policies, such as their handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. Hitchens has written many books, including The Abolition of Britain, The Rage Against God, and The War We Never Fought.

His brother was Christopher Hitchens, who was an advocate of atheism.
