Peter Linz (born June 28, 1967) is an American puppeteer and voice actor. He is best known for his work with the Muppets. His most famous role as Walter in the 2011 feature movie The Muppets. Since 1991, Linz has performed on Sesame Street, where he later took on the roles of Herry Monster and Ernie in 2017. Linz was born in Decatur, Georgia.
