Puumala is a municipality in Southern Savonia, Finland. As of 28 February 2023, 2,111 people lived there. Neighbouring municipalities are Juva, Mikkeli, Ruokolahti, Savitaipale, Sulkava and Taipalsaari.
It was founded in 1868.
