Reggatta de Blanc is the second studio album by English band The Police and released on 2 October, 1979 through A&M Records. It went to number 1 in Australia, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, number 3 in Canada, number 4 in New Zealand, number 7 in Italy, number 16 in Germany and Japan, number 21 in Sweden and number 25 in the United States. It won a Grammy Award for Best Rock Instrumental Performance.
