Roopa Ganguly

Roopa Ganguly is an Indian actress, playback singer and politician.^[5] She is known for her role of Draupadi in B R Chopra's television series Mahabharat.^[6] She is a trained Rabindra Sangeet vocalist and a classical dancer.^[7] She has received awards like National Award and BFJA Awards.^[8] In October 2016, she was nominated as a Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, by the President of India.^[9] She served as the President of BJP Mahila Morcha in West Bengal.^[10]
