Segisaurus was a small dinosaur of the early Jurassic period. It was a relative of Coelophysis, and ate mainly meat. Although it was small, it still had to watch out for predators like Dilophosaurus and Sinosaurus.

Segisaurus has not appeared in a lot of media, because it is a rare dinosaur and cannot be added to TV shows or movies. It has been inactive in novels such as The Lost World. It also made an inactive appearance in the movie Jurassic Park.
