Sylvia Poll Ahrens (born September 24, 1970 in Managua) is a Costa Rican swimmer of German descent.
She is a backstroker and freestyle swimmer.
At the 1988 Summer Olympics she won a silver medal in the 200 meter freestyle. It was the first medal for a Costa Rican athlete.
